Bowls North Harbour sought a new representative team uniform that was visually striking and unique, distinguishing their athletes from other centres. The original design was too similar to other centres and lacked the boldness and clarity they desired. The challenge was to create a design that reflected the centre’s identity while maintaining a modern, timeless look.

Inspiration & Concept:
- The design was inspired by the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge, reimagined in an abstract form to maintain a sleek, minimal aesthetic.
- The design aimed for a timeless appeal, using flattering angles to ensure the uniform would be comfortable and confident for athletes of all body types.
Colour Palette:
- The classic maroon, black, and white colours were retained to honour tradition, while a subtle incorporation of blue from the Bowls North Harbour logo added a modern touch and tied the design back to the centre’s identity.
Consistency Across Garments:
- The design was applied consistently across various items, such as polo shirts and hoodies, ensuring a unified and cohesive image for the team, no matter the weather or garment choice.
